IF you have them outside the workshop, you should be able to navigate to your game folder/addons and delete them (possibly need to delete lines from a text-file, too, not sure - But I think not). Workshop, yes, you have to unsubscribe, or they just D/L again.
Ok guys, go to your library, go to list grid view library somewhere around your top right corner of steam, right click l4d2, click properties, click on lauch set options, put remove-insecure and launch your game. :) Hope this helped. Do not include any spaces. in remove-insecure. Worked for me.

I played Left 4 Dead 2 in US before. Then I went to China and played it, it automatically switched to connect local server in China I think. However, when I went back to US and chose to play campaign -> play online again. It shows all campaign games created by Chinese players. It didn't switch back to US server automatically.

Left 4 Dead 2. Remove -insecure. I have L4D2 installed on an external drive. I have that same issue that a lot of people have where the game asks you to "remove -insecure". Under normal circumstances, I'd be able to fix it myself. However, since I have it installed on an HDD, I have no way of fixing it because I can't access the launch options

Youre kidding right ..the VR mod for left 4 dead 2 is one of the easiest VR mods to get setup and working. Ive played dozens of hours in VR with left for dead. its dam near flawless and even gives you a few advantages. Me and a few friends used to play after the fall alot but it just isnt as fun as left 4 dead.
